Designing a Mobile Lender Search Tool to Enhance Customer Experience and Accessibility on ANZ.com
Mobile lender stakeholders secured funding to enhance the Mobile Lender Search tool, improving customer experience. The locator tool and Mobile Lender page needed an update with a fresh UI, refining the search experience, improving results, and redesigning lender profile pages for better usability and engagement.
Situation
The new tool wouldn’t be a CMS component, meaning we had no control over future content changes without a release. This required all design work to be future-proof and carefully planned to ensure usability. Every element needed consideration to maintain flexibility and adaptability without relying on frequent updates.
Complication
I created fully-fledged, dev-ready components, working closely with Mobile Lender stakeholders to gather and meet all requirements. Collaborating with the dev team, I ensured all designs were implemented correctly, addressing any issues that arose along the way to ensure a smooth development process.
